A mouth-watering menu, radiating warmth and sunshine, featuring the finest southern products and amazing produce from our kitchen garden. There is a hint of Italy on some evenings, with a choice of delicious, classic pasta dishes, and soft yet crisp Modena crescentine, to be garnished with a variety of fillings.
For pudding, light and original desserts and, as always, our delicious home-made ice creams and sorbets.

The langoustines of Cap Corse in fine tartare, the tomato heart of beef confit on a burratine cream, the local peach roasted in the oven, the medallions of sweetbreads with erba baronna, the chocolate soufflé Guanaja.
Dress code: long trousers are required for gentlemen, from 7 p.m., throughout the establishment
