Description of various accommodations

GENERAL TERMS
Check-in from 5 p.m. on day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated at 11 a.m. on day or departure.

Rooms with a southern exposure do not have a direct sea view because an extensive garden with very tall pine trees separates the hotel from the beach.

No lift at the hotel.

Restaurant opens for children‚s dinner service at 7.30 p.m.

For dinner, elegant dress is required (shorts not allowed for men).

No pets allowed

CANCELLATION TERMS
Except July/August:
+15 days prior to arrival: deposit returned.
-15 days prior to scheduled arrival: deposit retained. Deposits will be applied to a future stay if room can be rented.
Deposits will be retained in the event of early departure
and under no circumstances may be applied to the days spent at the hotel.

For July/August
Applicable cancellation policy is 30 days.

DEPOSIT
- For stays of 4 days or more: 30% deposit.
- For stays of less or equal than 4 days: 50% deposit.
