Check-in from 5 p.m. on day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated at 11 a.m. on day or departure.

Rooms with a southern exposure do not have a direct sea view because an extensive garden with very tall pine trees separates the hotel from the beach.

The private beach facilities are reserved exclusively for guests staying at hotel.
Friends and relatives staying elsewhere may use the facilities only if space is available.

For your peace and comfort, cell phones are prohibited
in the areas of the hotel shared by other guests (bar, restaurant, lounges, private beach facilities).

Restaurant opens for children‚s dinner service at 7.30 p.m.

For dinner, proper attire is required (shorts and jeans not allowed).

Cancellation terms
+ 15 days before the planned date of arrival: reimbursement of the deposit.
- 15 days before the planned date of arrival:
the deposit is kept.
The deposit is left for a later stay if the room
has been let again.
The deposit is kept in the event of an early
departure and can in no event
be used to pay the balance for the few days
spent at the hotel.
The meals included in the half-board package
and not taken will not be reimbursed.

Deposit
- For stays of 4 days or more: 30% deposit.
- For stays of less or equal than 4 days: 50% deposit.

During peak season, Ascension and Pentecost holidays:
week-long bookings only (arrival Saturday or Sunday).

Payment
The hotel accepts the following payment methods:
cash, bank cheques, travellers cheques, credit cards
(American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club).
Eurocheques are not accepted.
