Having previously worked alongside Georges Billon, Pascal Cayeux, our new Head Chef, will make you discover his new cuisine, drawing on local Corsican produce and items from his vegetable garden and orchard shaped as a bunch of grapes.

The "Cala Shop", which offers a carefully thought-out and very on-trend selection of jewellery and designer clothes, as well as a whole selection of sweets treats "made in Cala Rossa", is open every day from 9.30am to 1.00pm and from 3.30pm to 7.30pm.

The "Barber's shop", Barber chairs, cut throat razors, hot towels...A very pleasant journey back to the past for the gentlemen.
