The small game :
The fauna varies with the seasons, particularly concerning the migratory birds: thrushes, snipes, pigeons
or ducks. Most of the small game entails young partridges, quails, pheasants and hares.
This great diversity gives way
to all different types of hunting:
with a Pointer hound, in a fixed position, in flight, beating, etc.
The big game :
The one and only big game
that exists on the Domain is the wild boar. The Ortolo Valley is filled
with them. He is traditionally hunted with dogs and beaters or still-hunted at the beginning of the season.
